Max Leonardov is an accomplished senior IT executive specialising in leading Enterprise Architecture, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation and Digital Transformation.

He has been working in IT for almost 20 years, including over 10 years in senior leadership roles. Recently, he held a number of Director-level positions in professional services, architecture and design, higher education and retail, where he worked closely with CIOs and business leaders on definition of IT Vision and Strategy.

Max has sponsored digital transformation initiatives, directed cloud migration projects, managed international and regional office expansions, led organisational change exercises.

He has managed teams of over 45 staff and budgets in excess of £12 million.

Outside of the world of IT, Max enjoys travelling, swimming and finding out more about other places and cultures.
